Return Policy

We want you to feel good about every purchase. Here's how returns, refunds, and cancellations work across each offering.

Digital Downloads (Past Workshop Lessons)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable workshop lessons are final and non-refundable.

If you experience a technical issue with your download — such as a corrupted file or a link that doesn't work — please contact us and we will make it right.

Private Lessons

Lessons are scheduled and paid on an individual basis. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • 24+ hours notice: lesson may be rescheduled at no charge.

  • Less than 24 hours notice: the lesson fee may be forfeited.

  • If David needs to cancel, you will receive a full reschedule or refund.

Workshops

Your $250 deposit holds your spot and is non-refundable.

The remaining balance is due on the Final Billing Date listed on each workshop’s page. If you’re on a payment plan, it will be charged automatically on that date. Registrations made after the payment plan deadline require payment in full.

To cancel, email David before the Final Billing Date. If you cancel before that date, your remaining balance won’t be charged, and if you’ve already paid in full, everything beyond the deposit will be refunded. Once the Final Billing Date arrives, no refunds will be given.

If David cancels or reschedules a workshop, all payments, including the deposit, will be refunded in full.

Travel and lodging are not included, and travel insurance is recommended.

Membership — The Inner Circle

All membership fees are non-refundable.

Month-to-month members may cancel at any time. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again.

Annual members may cancel at any time. Your membership will not renew at the end of your annual period and you will retain full access through your paid term. No partial refunds are issued for unused months.

If you believe you were charged in error, reach out and we'll make it right.
