We want you to feel good about every purchase. Here's how returns, refunds, and cancellations work across each offering.
Digital Downloads (Past Workshop Lessons)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable workshop lessons are final and non-refundable.
If you experience a technical issue with your download — such as a corrupted file or a link that doesn't work — please contact us and we will make it right.
Private Lessons
Lessons are scheduled and paid on an individual basis. If you need to cancel or reschedule:
24+ hours notice: lesson may be rescheduled at no charge.
Less than 24 hours notice: the lesson fee may be forfeited.
If David needs to cancel, you will receive a full reschedule or refund.
Workshops
Workshop deposits are non-refundable, as they hold your spot and help cover preparation costs.
For the remaining balance:
Cancellations within 45 days of the workshop will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Any cancellations within 45 days of the workshop will result in forfeiture of the entire payment. The balance must be received no later than the Final Billing date – (30) days prior to scheduled workshop. Any registration form received after the Final Billing Date must include full tuition.
If David cancels or reschedules a workshop, all payments — including the deposit — will be refunded in full.
Membership — The Inner Circle
All membership fees are non-refundable.
Month-to-month members may cancel at any time. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again.
Annual members may cancel at any time. Your membership will not renew at the end of your annual period and you will retain full access through your paid term. No partial refunds are issued for unused months.
If you believe you were charged in error, reach out and we'll make it right.
