1. Use of This Website

This website is intended for individuals seeking music lessons, workshops, live performance bookings, and related educational content. You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only.

2. Lessons (Private & Online)

  • Private lessons are scheduled and confirmed directly via email or phone.

  • Payment for lessons is due as arranged with David at the time of booking.

  • A minimum 24-hour notice is required to reschedule a lesson. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.

  • Lessons are conducted via Zoom or FaceTime. You are responsible for your own internet connection and device setup.

  • Follow-up instructional clips provided after lessons are for your personal use only.

3. Licks & Riffs

  • Licks & Riffs is a standalone instructional clip service. You submit a specific request; David records a short instructional video.

  • Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • All clips are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or published without permission.

4. Workshops

  • Workshop spots are reserved with a non-refundable deposit (typically $250).

  • Full tuition is due prior to the workshop date as specified in your confirmation.

  • Payment is accepted via Venmo or personal check only.

  • By registering, you agree to the workshop-specific terms communicated at time of booking.

  • David reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, all payments will be refunded in full.

5. Digital Downloads

  • All sales of downloadable workshop lessons are final (see Return Policy for details).

  • Downloads are for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You may not share, resell, upload, or redistribute any purchased content.

  • Access links are non-transferable.

6. Membership Portal

  • Membership access is granted upon enrollment and is for individual use only.

  • You agree not to share your login credentials.

  • Membership content may not be downloaded, recorded, or redistributed.

  • David reserves the right to suspend access for violation of these terms.

7. Hire David / Live Performance Bookings

  • Booking inquiries submitted through this site are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from David.

  • Specific performance terms, deposits, and cancellation policies will be outlined in your booking agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, audio, video, instructional materials, and course content — is the intellectual property of David Wolff unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

David Wolff is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any services offered. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
